The Registry is an Internet database that can be customized to deliver information on whatever topics the subscriber chooses. Whether it’s digital television, telephone issues, telecommunications issues specific to people with disabilities, or anything else in the communications field, information on all these topics will be available through the Registry. Attorneys, consultants, engineers and individual consumers are among those who will benefit from subscribing. Monica Desai, Acting Chief of CGB, said “We are delighted to be able to offer this valuable tool to everyone interested in communications issues. Chairman Martin has expressed his interest in ensuring that American consumers continue to enjoy the benefits of the best communications system in the world.
