 1.  On  March  16,  2005,  the  Commission  released  a  Report  and  Order  and  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  FCC  05-  56,  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  corrects  paragraph  94  and  99  of 
 the  Report  and  Order  and  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order  to  read  as  follows: 
 94.  This  Report  and  Order  has  been  analyzed  with  respect  to  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  of  1995  (PRA),  Public  Law  104-  13,  and  we 
 find  that  it  does  not  contain  any  new  information  collection  requirements. 


 99.  IT  IS  FURTHER  ORDERED  that  Parts  1,  2,  15,  and  90  of  the  Commission’s  rules  ARE  AMENDED  as  specified  in  Appendix  A, 
 and  such  rule  amendments  shall  be  effective  30  days  after  publication  of  the  text  thereof  in  the  Federal  Register.  This  Report  and  Order  contains 
 no  new  information  collection  requirements  subject  to  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  of  1995  (PRA),  Public  Law  104-  13.
