 The  applications  listed  below  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  the  application  is  not  in

 MHz  portion  of  the  Ka-  band  frequencies  -  specifically,  the  18.3-  18.8  GHz,  28.35-  28.6  GHz  and  29.25-  29.5  GHz  (lower  Ka-  band) 
 frequencies  -  at  the  121°  W.  L.  orbital  location,  for  a  30-  day  period.  The  EchoStar  9  spacecraft  is  already  at  located  at  121°  W.  L.
