 On  June  24,  2005,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau,  Competition  Policy  Division  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  05-  1781,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  Erratum  corrects 


 paragraph  three  as  follows: 
 Moves  footnote  number  five  to  sentence  number  four. 
 Deletes  sentence  number  five  that  reads: 
 “No  entity  owns  more  than  37%  of  AP  Eurekaggn,  LLC.” 
 Adds  the  following  sentences  and  footnotes  six  and  seven: 
 “AP  Eurekaggn,  LLC  is  wholly  owned  by  Apollo  Real  Estate  Fund  IV,  a  U.  S.  company  6  .  No  entity  owns  or  controls  more  than  37%  of  Apollo  Real  Estate  Fund  IV.  7  ”
