(SES Americom) has applied for authority to launch and operate a satellite, AMC- 21, at the nominal 125 degree W. L. orbital location in the Ku- band. The proposed spacecraft will operate with downlink frequencies from 11.70 GHz to 12.20 GHz and with uplink frequencies from 14.0 GHz to 14.5 GHz.
