 The  applications  listed  below  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  the  application  is  not  in

 SES  Americom,  Inc. 


 SES  Americom,  Inc.  (SES  Americom)  has  applied  for  authority  to  launch  and  operate  a  satellite,  AMC-  21,  at  the  nominal  125  degree 
 W.  L.  orbital  location  in  the  Ku-  band.  The  proposed  spacecraft  will  operate  with  downlink  frequencies  from  11.70  GHz  to  12.20  GHz 
 and  with  uplink  frequencies  from  14.0  GHz  to  14.5  GHz.  SES  Americom  intends  to  use  the  AMC-  21  spacecraft  to  provide  broadband, 
 video,  and  data  services,  including  direct-  to-  home  (DTH)  services.
