SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Inquiry concerning the effects of anticompetitive conduct and circuit disruption by foreign carriers on U. SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Inquiry that seeks comments and information for the Twelfth Annual Report on the status of competition in the market for the delivery of video programming. 1 2 3 WIRELESS TELE-COMMUNICATIONS TITLE: Service Rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1.7 GHz and 2.1 GHz Bands (WT Docket No. 02- 353). SUMMARY: The Commission will consider an Order on Reconsideration concerning the Service Rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1710- 1755 MHz and 2110- 2155 MHz bands.
