 On  October  31,  2005,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  05-  2852,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  Erratum  changes  the  cut-  off  date  that  petitions  to  deny  the 
 application  must  be  on  file  from  November  10,  2005  to  December  9,  2005.
