 AUCTION  OF  FM  BROADCAST  CONSTRUCTION  PERMITS 
 214  Bidders  Qualified  to  Participate  in  Auction  No.  62 
 Report  No.  AUC-  05-  62-  F  (Auction  No.  62) 
 1.  In  the  above-  captioned  proceeding,  on  December  21,  2005,  the  Media  Bureau  (“  MB”)  and  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  (“  WTB”)  (collectively  the  “Bureaus”)  released  a  public 
 notice  (DA  05-  3204),  which  identified  the  applicants  found  to  be  qualified  to  bid  in  the  upcoming  auction  for  171  FM  broadcast  construction  permits  (“  Auction  No.  62”).  1  Due  to  internal  administrative  delay  on 
 the  part  of  the  Commission’s  lockbox  bank  in  crediting  to  the  Commission’s  Auction  No.  62  account  upfront  payments  that  were  timely  received  at  the  bank,  two  applicants  who  have  met  the  requirements 
 for  participation  were  erroneously  listed  in  the  Qualified  Bidders  Public  Notice  as  not  qualified  to  participate  in  Auction  No.  62.  This  erratum  corrects  the  following: 


 2.  The  description  of  Attachment  A  to  the  Qualified  Bidders  Public  Notice  is  changed  to  read: 
 Attachment  A  lists  each  of  the  214  qualified  bidders,  their  upfront  payments,  and  their  maximum  eligibility  in  bidding  units. 
 3.  Attachment  A  to  the  Qualified  Bidders  Public  Notice  omitted  the  following  information  on  two  applicants  who  have  been  found  to  be  qualified  to  participate  in  Auction  No.  62:
