 On  December  23,  2005,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding,  DA  05-  3313.  This  Erratum  corrects  the  second  sentence  of  the  third  paragraph, 
 changing  the  company  name  from  “BellSouth”  to  “Qwest.”
