 By  the  Assistant  Chief,  Audio  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 On  December  16,  2005,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  NPRM”),  DA  05-  3213,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  Erratum  corrects  paragraph  2  of  the  NPRM  to  read 
 as  follows: 
 “We  believe  the  proposal  warrants  consideration  because  the  allotment  of  Channel  265A  at  Millerton,  Oklahoma,  could  provide  the  community  with 
 its  first  local  aural  transmission  service.  An  engineering  analysis  has  determined  that  Channel  265A  can  be  allotted  to  Millerton  in  compliance 
 with  the  Commission’s  minimum  distance  separation  requirements  at  city  reference  coordinates.  The  reference  coordinates  for  Channel  265A  at 
 Millerton  are  33-  59-  09  North  Latitude  and  95-  00-  48  West  Longitude.“
