 On  February  1,  2006,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau,  Competition  Policy  Division  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  06-  250,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  Erratum  corrects 
 the  Public  Notice  by  correcting  a  typographical  error  in  footnote  4  where  “HunTel”  is  replaced  with  “Noble.”  Footnote  4  is  thereby  corrected  to  read  as  follows: 


 “47  C.  F.  R.  §  63.03(  b)(  2)(  ii).  Newcastle  Holdings,  Inc.,  a  sister  corporation  of  Noble,  has  filed  a  domestic  214  application  for  consent  to  acquire  Elsie  Communications  Inc.  (Elsie)  and  Dalton 
 Telephone  Company,  Inc.  (Dalton),  two  incumbent  LECs  that  provide  service  in  Nebraska.  See  Domestic  Section  214  Application  Filed  for  Transfer  of  Control  of  Elsie  Communications,  Inc.
