 1.  In  the  above-  captioned  proceeding,  on  February  8,  2006,  the  Media  Bureau  and  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  released  a  public  notice  (DA  06-  252),  which  announced  the 
 completion  of  the  auction  of  171  FM  broadcast  construction  permits  (Auction  No.  62),  identified  winning  bidders,  and  provided  information  on  down  payments,  deposits  and/  or  refunds,  long-  form  application 
 (FCC  Form  301)  filing  requirements,  requests  for  rule  waivers,  and  licensing  matters.  1 
 2.  Attachment  B  to  the  Auction  No.  62  Closing  Public  Notice  contained  incorrect  information.  A  corrected  version  of  Attachment  B  is  attached.
