 INTERNATIONAL  BUREAU  ANNOUNCES  APPOINTMENT  OF  ROBERT  G.  NELSON  TO  CHIEF,  SATELLITE  DIVISION 
 Washington,  D.  C.  --  Today,  the  International  Bureau  announced  the  appointment  of  Robert  G.  Nelson  to  the  position  of  Chief,  Satellite  Division  in  the  International  Bureau.  Bob  Nelson 
 previously  was  Chief  of  the  Satellite  Division's  Engineering  Branch.  Prior  to  joining  the  Commission,  Bob  held  various  satellite  system  engineering  and  management  positions  at  GE 
 American  Communications  for  twenty  years.  He  holds  degrees  in  engineering  and  management  from  the  University  of  New  Hampshire  and  Rutgers,  The  State  University  of  New  Jersey.
