 On  February  16,  2006,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2761  listing  Petitions  for  Reconsideration  of  Action  in  Rulemaking  Proceedings  in  WT  Docket  No.  02- 
 55,  ET  Docket  No.  00-  258  and  ET  Docket  No.  95-  18.  The  Petitions  filed  by  David  L.  Donovan,  Marnie  K.  Sarver  and  Alan  S.  Tilles  on  01/  27/  06,  and  Robert  H.  Schwaninger  on 
 01/  24/  06,  were  filed  in  accordance  with  Section  1.106  of  the  Commission’s  Rules.  Therefore,  the  petitions  are  hereby  added  to  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2761,  and  no 
 additional  time  is  afforded  parties  to  address  the  petitions  due  to  the  release  of  this  Erratum.
