 The  applications  listed  below  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  the  application  is  not  in

 PanAmSat  Licensee  Corp.,  filed  a  modification  application  request  for  authority  to  relocate  its  Galaxy  9  spacecraft  from  90.9°  W.  L. 
 orbital  location  where  it  is  currently  serving  as  an  in-  orbit  spare  to  74.15°  W.  L  orbital  location.  At  the  74.15°  W.  L  orbital  location 
 Galaxy  9  will  operate  using  the  Conventional  C-  band  frequencies  5925-  6425  MHz  and  3700-  4200  MHz  bands.
