 COMMISSIONER  MICHAEL  COPPS  CONGRATULATES  COMMISSIONER  ROBERT  MCDOWELL  ON  CONFIRMATION  OF  HIS  APPOINTMENT  TO  THE  FCC 
 I  am  pleased  that  the  Senate  has  today  confirmed  Robert  McDowell’s  appointment  to  the  Federal  Communications  Commission.  Robert  will  bring  a  wealth  of  experience  and  valuable 
 perspective  to  the  Commission  and  I  am  looking  forward  to  working  with  him  on  the  many  important  communications  challenges  confronting  our  nation.  The  Commission  is  intended  to
