 Today,  Federal  Communications  Commission  Chairman  Kevin  J.  Martin  applauded  the  confirmation  of  Robert  M.  McDowell  by  the  United  States  Senate  to  serve  as  Commissioner  of 
 the  Federal  Communications  Commission. 
 Chairman  Martin  said,  “I  congratulate  Rob  McDowell  on  his  confirmation  as  Commissioner  at  the  FCC.  He  has  a  wealth  of  knowledge  and  expertise  in  the  communications  arena,  and  we  will
