 COMMISSIONER  JONATHAN  S.  ADELSTEIN  CONGRATULATES  ROBERT  MCDOWELL  ON  CONFIRMATION  OF  HIS  APPOINTMENT  TO  THE  FCC 
 “I  am  pleased  that  Congress  has  confirmed  the  appointment  of  Robert  M.  McDowell  to  serve  as  a  Commissioner  of  the  FCC,”  said  Commissioner  Jonathan  Adelstein  today.  “Rob  has  a
