 By  the  Chief,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  On  May  19,  2006,  the  Commission  released  an  Order,  FCC  06-  54,  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  corrects  the  last  sentence  of  the  first  paragraph  to  read  as  follows: 


 “In  addition,  we  direct  USAC  to  provide  all  future  and  pending  applicants  with  a  15-  day  opportunity  to  cure  any  ministerial  or  clerical  errors  on  their  FCC  Form  470,  FCC  Form  471,  or 
 associated  certifications.  We  also  direct  USAC  to  develop  targeted  outreach  procedures  designed  to  better  inform  applicants  of  application  procedures.”
