 ERRATUM  AND  NOTICE  OF  OFFICE  OF  MANAGEMENT  AND 
 BUDGET  APPROVAL  OF  INFORMATION  COLLECTIONS

 By  the  Acting  Chief,  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau: 
 1.  Erratum.  On  April  25,  2006,  the  Federal  Communications  Commission  (“  Commission”)  released  a  Second  Report  and  Order  and  Second  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  Designated 
 Entity  Second  Report  and  Order”)  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  1  This  Erratum  changes  paragraph  103  to  read  as  follows: 


 “103.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  sections  4(  i),  303(  r),  and  309(  j)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  47 
 U.  S.  C.  sections  154(  i),  303(  r),  and  309(  j),  this  Second  Report  and  Order  is  hereby  ADOPTED  and  Part  1  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R. 
 Part  1,  is  AMENDED  as  set  forth  below  in  Appendix  B,  effective  30  days  after  publication  in  the  Federal  Register,  except  for  the 
 grandfathering  provisions,  which  are  effective  upon  release.  The  Commission  will  not  conduct  or  sponsor  any  new  or  modified 
 information  collections  required  pursuant  to  Sections  1.913(  a)(  6);  1.913(  b);  1.919(  b)(  5);  1.  2105(  a)(  2)(  ii)(  B);  1.2110(  b)(  1)(  i)  and  (ii); 
 1.2110(  j)  and  (n);  1.2111(  a),  (b),  and  (c)(  2)  and  (3);  1.2112(  b)(  1)(  iii)  and  (iv),  and  (2)(  iii),  (v)  and  (vii);  and  1.2114(  b),  (f),  and  (g)  of  the  amended 
 rules  adopted  herein  until  approval  by  the  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  (“  OMB”)  has  been  obtained  under  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act 
 of  1995,  P.  L.  104-  13.  The  Commission  will  publish  notice  in  the  Federal  Register  announcing  such  OMB  approval.”

 2.  Notice  of  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  Approval  of  Information  Collections.  We  note  that  because  the  information  collections  required  by  Sections  1.2105(  a)(  2)(  ii)(  B),  1.2110(  b)(  1)(  i)  and  (ii), 
 and  1.2112(  b)(  1)(  iii)  and  (iv),  as  amended  by  the  Designated  Entity  Second  Report  and  Order  were  approved  on  June  2,  2006,  by  the  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  with  respect  to  applications  to 
 participate  in  an  auction  (FCC  Form  175),  OMB  No.  3060-  0600,  and  because  more  than  30  days  have  passed  since  Federal  Register  publication  of  the  Designated  Entity  Second  Report  and  Order,  2  the 
 Commission  may  conduct  the  information  collections  required  by  those  amended  rules  consistent  with  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  of  1995. 


 3.  This  action  is  taken  under  delegated  authority  pursuant  to  Sections  0.131  and  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.131,  0.331.
