 COMMENTS  SOUGHT  ON  VERIZON  PETITION  FOR  WAIVER  TO  TREAT  CERTAIN  LOCAL  NUMBER  PORTABILITY  COSTS 
 AS  EXOGENOUS  COSTS

 On  July  11,  2006,  the  Commission  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  06-  1434,  in  the  above  proceeding.  This  Erratum  corrects  that  document  as  indicated  below: 


 1.  At  the  top  of  the  PN,  we  replace  the  dates  that  comments  and  reply  comments  are  due  with  new  due  dates.  Accordingly,  we  replace  “Comments  Due:  July  18,  2006,  “Reply  Comments  Due:  July 
 24,  2006”  with  “Comments  Due:  July  21,  2006,”  Reply  Comments  Due:  July  25,  2006.” 
 2.  In  the  first  paragraph,  first  sentence,  we  replace  “On  June  30,  2006,  Verizon  filed  a  petition  .  .  .  .”  with  “On  July  6,  2006,  Verizon  filed  a  petition  .  .  .  .”
