 FY  2006  Regulatory  Fees  Due  No  Later  Than  September  19,  2006 
 The  Federal  Communications  Commission  announced  today  that  licensees  who  are  required  to  pay  annual  regulatory  fees  must  make  their  FY  2006  payments  no  later  than  September  19,  2006. 
 The  Commission’s  official  fee  collection  window  will  open  on  September  6,  2006,  but  payments  may  be  sent  prior  to  that  date.  All  regulatory  fee  payments  must  be  received  at  the 
 Commission’s  Pittsburgh,  Pennsylvania  address  by  11:  59  PM  on  September  19  to  avoid  being  charged  a  25  percent  late-  payment  penalty.  All  payments  also  must  include  a  FCC  Registration 
 Number  (FRN)  to  be  processed. 
 In  recent  weeks,  the  Commission  has  mailed  assessment  notices,  and  in  some  cases,  bills  to  licensees.  Notices  to  other  groups  of  licensees  will  continue  to  be  mailed  in  the  month  of  August 
 2006.  Licensees  who  are  not  slated  to  receive  assessment  notices  or  bills  are  encouraged  to  visit  our  Internet  web  site  at  http://  www.  fcc.  gov/  fees/  regfees.  html  to  gather  specific  information 
 regarding  payment  of  FY  2006  regulatory  fees.
