 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  On  September  29,  2006,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  DA  06-  1946,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  Erratum  vacates  this  Order  for  the  following 
 reasons: 
 2.  Prior  to  the  adoption  and  release  of  the  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  DA  06-  1946,  the  parties  had  mutually  agreed  to  an  extension  of  time  to  file  an  opposition  and  reply  to  the  original 
 petition.  The  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  DA  06-  1946,  was  adopted  and  released  before  this  mutually  agreed  to  extension  was  incorporated  into  the  record  in  this  proceeding. 


 3.  On  our  own  motion,  we  VACATE  the  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  DA  06-  1946  in  order  to  allow  parties  the  agreed  upon  extension  of  time  to  file  an  opposition  and  reply.  After  the  close 
 of  the  extended  pleading  cycle,  we  will  issue  a  new  decision  based  upon  the  complete  record.
