(SES) has filed a Petition for Declaratory ruling to add the AMC- 18 satellite at 104.95º W. L. to the Permitted Space Station List to replace the Satcom C- 4 satellite that is presently at that orbital location. SES seeks to provide C- band service in the United States using the 5925- 6425 and 3700- 4200 MHz frequencies. SES has been licensed by Gibraltar to operate the AMC- 18 satellite at the 104.95º W.
