 COMMISSIONER  COPPS  ANNOUNCES  STAFF  CHANGES 
 Commissioner  Michael  J.  Copps  announced  today  that  John  Branscome  has  been  detailed  to  his  office  to  assist  in  handling  spectrum  and  international  issues. 
 Mr.  Branscome  currently  serves  as  Chief  of  the  Spectrum  and  Competition  Policy  Division  of  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau.  Prior  to  his  appointment  as 
 Division  Chief,  Mr.  Branscome  served  as  Legal  Advisor  to  the  Chief  of  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau. 


 Commissioner  Copps  stated,  “I  am  delighted  that  this  outstanding  public  servant  has  agreed  to  join  my  office.  His  breadth  of  knowledge  and  experience  in  wireless, 
 international,  and  a  host  of  other  issues  will  be  invaluable  as  we  tackle  the  many  important  issues  before  the  FCC.” 


 Commissioner  Copps  also  announced  that  Bruce  Gottlieb,  who  has  recently  focused  on  spectrum  and  international  issues,  temporarily  will  assume  primary 
 responsibility  for  media-  related  issues.  Commissioner  Copps’  Senior  Legal  Advisor,  Jessica  Rosenworcel,  is  currently  on  maternity  leave.
