On December 20, 2006, the Commission released a Ninth Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 
06-181, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 55 to read as follows:
55. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to applicable procedures set forth in Sections 
1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file 
comments on the NINTH NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING on or before 45 days after 
publication in the Federal Register, and reply comments on or before 60 days after publication in the 
Federal Register.
