Revised Table 1.12 for Universal Service Monitoring Report

On December 29, 2006, the staff of the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service released 
its most recent Monitoring Report on Universal Service.  Attached to this Public Notice is a new 
table 1.12 that replaces the version of table 1.12 that appeared in the released report.
The complete report, including replacement table 1.12, is available on the Commission’s website
