Because the proceeding is non-docketed, this Erratum corrects information contained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the original Public Notice to replace all references to electronic filing procedures with references to the Commission’s procedures for paper filings. Specifically, corrections have been made to add information regarding paper filing procedures only and to add contact information regarding the public reference file for this application. Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the revised Public Notice now read as follows: “Interested parties may file comments on the application on or before the date indicated on the first page of this document. All comments should reference the subject application including the DA number of this Public Notice. Paragraph 6 has been added to read as follows: “Because of the policy implications and potential impact of this proceeding on persons not parties to the application, we believe it would be in the public interest to treat this case as a permit-but-disclose proceeding under the ex parte rules. See Sections 1.1200(a), 1.1206 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206.
