On March 2, 2007, the Commission released a Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 07- 11, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the second sentence of paragraph 2 to read as follows: “On January 5, 2004, the Bureau authorized Rainbow to operate a fifth Ka-band satellite at the 77° W.L. orbital location.” 2. This Erratum also corrects paragraph 13 to read as follows: ”Because Rainbow, by its own admission, failed to comply with its second milestone, to complete Critical Design Review, Rainbow’s Ka-band authorizations are null and void.
