ERRATUM

By the Acting Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau: 
On March 19, 2007, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 07-1354, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the sixth sentence of the second paragraph of the
Order to read as follows:
“Those criteria included that the equipment at issue was not necessary for the functioning of the 
applicant’s internal connections network, the applicant did not own the equipment or have any 
special right to purchase it in the future, and the service provider was responsible for maintenance 
and could use the equipment to serve other customers.”
