(XM Radio) seeks Special Temporary Authority to operate a terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power of 1068 watts (average) on top of Harrah's Casino Hotel in Las Vegas for period of 180 days. XM Radio states that the requested repeater replaces a previously-authorized repeater that XM Radio removed from atop the Stardust Hotel earlier this year.
