Copps announced today that John Branscome, who has been detailed to his office to assist in spectrum and international issues, will be returning to be Chief of the FCC’s Spectrum and Competition Policy Division. Commissioner Copps expressed his deep appreciation for John’s service: “John has helped us through some very busy times over the past six months. Having his knowledge and good judgment to draw upon has made a world of difference. Personally he has been a joy to work with.
