April 26, 2007 **Revised** FCC Announces Agenda for Public Hearing on Media Ownership in Tampa-St. Petersburg Florida (NOTE: The information included in the previously released meeting agenda is supplemented in this notice.) The Federal Communications Commission today announced further details of its previously announced Tampa-St. Petersburg field hearing regarding media ownership (see announcements dated March 13, 2007, April 13, 2007, and April 23, 2007). The hearing is open to the public, and seating will be available on a first-come, first- served basis. The hearing format will enable members of the public to participate via “open microphone.” There will be two panels, each followed by a period for public comment. The first panel will provide an overview of the Tampa, Florida media market. The second panel will provide perspectives on media ownership.
