The panelists will discuss issues related to the creation, implementation and management of public safety spectrum, as well as the benefits of enhancing public/private partnerships to support a nationwide interoperable public safety communications network. The Summit will be open to the public; however, admittance will be limited to the seating available. A live web cast will be available at www.fcc.gov.
