Re:  NETWORK CHANGE CERTIFICATION RECEIVED 
Verizon, an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public notice of network change 
has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site, as required by section 51.329(a) of the rules of 
the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  Specific network change

•  Verizon will install Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer Systems in various locations.
