COMMISSIONER ROBERT M. McDOWELL CONGRATULATES DEBORAH 
TAYLOR TATE ON HER RENOMINATION TO BE COMMISSIONER OF THE 
FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
The following statement can be attributed to Commissioner Robert M. McDowell:
