On August 10, 2007, the Enforcement Bureau issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for 
Forfeiture, DA 07-3584, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This erratum corrects the 
respondent’s name to read “Capital Telecommunications, Inc.” in the heading, and in paragraphs 
1, 11 and 14 of the order.
