reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and
not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies.  Final action will not be taken on any

DG Consents Sub, Inc., filed a modification application with the following changes in order to accomodate the proposed changes to WV-1 and
WV-2.  (1) Change emission designators for S-band transmit beams (2085.6875 MHz and
2094.8960 MHz) from 256KG7D to 1M32G1D; (2)  Change EIRP density of the S-band transmit beams (2085.6875 MHz and 2094.8960 MHz)
from 39 dBW/4 kHz to 41 dBW/4 kHz, and reduce the EIRP from 57 dBW to 53 dBW; (3) Change the emission designator of the telemetry
receive beam centered on 8380 MHz from 4M00G7D to 5M80G7D; (4)  Add a LHCP data receive beam in 8025-8400 MHz; (5)  Add
DigitalGlobe’s authorized WorldView 60 and proposed WorldView 110 space stations as points of communication ; and  Revise the address of
the remote control point to specify the new location of DigitalGlobe’s Mission Control Center (DigitalGlobe MCC).
