Verizon, an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed public notice of network changes, as required by 
section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.329 (a).  
Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.
The incumbent LEC's notice refers to the change(s) shown below:
?  Verizon will replace copper feeder facilities with fiber optic cable and Digital Loop Carrier system(s)               
in Richwood, WV.               
The network changes identified herein shall not be implemented within six months of the date it was filed with 
the Commission.  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.331.
