ERRATUM

By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On July 12, 2007, the Commission released a Second Report and Order and Further 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Second R&O), FCC 07-109, in the above captioned proceeding. 
This Erratum corrects the last sentence of paragraph 83 of the Second R&O to read as follows:
The Order shall become effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, or 60 
days after Congress’s receipt of a Congressional Review Act report, whichever is later, except 
that new or modified information collection requirements contained in Appendix C will not 
become effective prior to OMB approval; and[.]
