Granted on October 25, 2007, subject to conditions, application for 325(c) permit to deliver programming to Station XHEPR-FM, 99.1
MHz.  This new 325(c) permit is issued to Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. to be effective upon the consummation of the proposed transfer
of control of Clear Channel Communications, Inc.  See Public Notice, MB Docket No. 06-226, DA 06-2531, released December 20, 2006.
