ADELSTEIN TO BE COMMISSIONER OF THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Today, Commissioner Deborah Taylor Tate applauded President Bush’s announcement of intention to nominate Jonathan S. Adelstein to be a Commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission. Of the announcement, Commissioner Tate said, “I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations to Commissioner Adelstein.
