On November 13, 2007, the Commission released the Report and Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking (FCC 07-189) in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 
77 of the document to read solely as:  “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the rule contained herein 
SHALL BECOME EFECTIVE 60 days after publication of this REPORT AND ORDER in the 
Federal Register.”
