By the Acting Chief, Investigations and Hearings Division, Enforcement Bureau:
On January 25, 2008, the Commission released a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture, 
FCC 08-25, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the FRN number associated with 
KTKA-TV in the Attachment by deleting “0013446273” and inserting “0001841766.  This Erratum also 
amends information in the Attachment associated with WQAD-TV by deleting “Local TV Illinois 
License, LLC, 1717 Dixie Highway, Suite 650, Ft. Wright, KY  41011” and “0016216046” and inserting 
in their respective places “New York Times Management Services Co., c/o New York Times Co., 229 W. 
43rd St., New York, NY, 10036-3913” and “0003481587.” The corrected information in the Attachment 
for these stations is as follows:
