ERRATUM

By the Acting Chief, Telecommunications Access Policy Division:
On January 24, 2008, the Commission released an Order (FCC 07-231) in the above-captioned 
proceeding.  This Erratum corrects that document as indicated below:   
1. In the caption, add “Petition for Declaratory Ruling of CTIA – The Wireless 
Association on Universal Service Contribution Obligations” and “Petition for Declaratory Ruling 
of Cingular Wireless LLC.”
2. In paragraph 19, replace “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT this Order SHALL BECOME 
EFFECTIVE thirty (30) days after its publication in the Federal Register” with “IT IS FURTHER 
ORDERED THAT, pursuant to sections 1.2 and 1.103(a) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.2, 
1.103(a), this Order SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE upon release.”
