ERRATUM
Released:  February 4, 2008
By the Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On November 8, 2007, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Report and Order, 
Declaratory Ruling, Order on Remand, and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 07-188, in the above 
captioned proceedings.  This Erratum amends that document by making the following changes.
1. Paragraphs 74-75 are deleted and paragraphs 76-83 are renumbered sequentially as 
paragraphs 74-81, and the Table of Contents is revised accordingly.
2. Renumbered paragraph 74 is amended to read in full:  “This document does not contain 
new, modified or proposed information collections subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 
(PRA), Public Law 104-13.  In addition, therefore, it does not contain any new or modified ‘information 
collection burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees,’ pursuant to the Small 
Business Paperwork Relief Act of 2002, Public Law 107-198, see 44 U.S.C. § 3506(c)(4).”
3. The last sentence of renumbered paragraph 77 is deleted.
