noncommercial FM Channel *252C3 
from Dallas, Oregon, to Turner, 
Oregon, at the following reference coordinates:  44-51-21 NL and 122-58-02 WL, at a site 1.9 km (1.2 miles) 
northwest of Turner.  RBI proposes to allot FM Channel 229C2 at Waldport, rather than FM Channel 253A.  
Channel 229C2 can be allotted at Waldport, Oregon, at center city reference coordinates:  44-25-37 NL and 124-
04-02 WL.  As a result of these proposed changes, there would be no need to substitute FM Channel 252C3 for 
FM Channel 236C3 at Monmouth, Oregon.
