On March 5, 2008, the Commission released a Report and Order and Third Further 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (the “Order”), FCC 07-217, in the above-captioned proceeding.  
The Commission released an Erratum on April 23, 2008 making minor corrections to the Order.  
This Second Erratum corrects the Order as indicated below:  
1. Paragraph 118 is revised to read as follows, in order to comply with CRA 
requirements: 
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the rule amendments adopted in herein 
WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE 60 days after publication of this Report and 
Federal Communications Commission

Order and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register. 
Changes to FCC Forms required as the result of the rule amendments adopted 
herein WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE 30 days after the Commission publishes 
a notice in the Federal Register announcing approval by the Office of 
Management and Budget of the forms.
