ERRATUM
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Assignment of License Authorization Applications, 
Transfer of Control of Licensee Applications, De facto Transfer Lease Applications and 
Spectrum Manager Lease Notifications, Designated Entity Reportable Eligibility Event 
Applications, and Designated Entity Annual Reports Action, Report No. 4174
On June 25, 2008, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) released the above 
captioned Public Notice.1 The Public Notice listed as “Consented” nine applications2 related to 
Time Warner’s proposed transfer of control of licenses and authorizations held by Time Warner 
Incorporated and its subsidiaries to Time Warner Cable.3 In addition, on June 27, 2008, WTB 
consented to a tenth application that also is related to this Time Warner transaction.4
For six of these ten applications, the applicant erroneously responded “No” to Question 
3c:  “Does this application for Assignment of Authorization or Transfer of Control involve the 
assignment or transfer of non-wireless licenses/authorizations for which Commission approval or 
notification is required?”  As a result, these six applications appeared as “Consented” in error on 
the June 25, 2008 Action Public Notice.  The remaining four applications also received consent 
in error.  Accordingly, these ten applications have been returned to “Pending” status and will be 
considered with the above mentioned Time Warner transaction as a whole.
