ERRATUM
COMMENT AND REPLY COMMENT DATES ESTABLISHED 
FOR THE FORM 477 FURTHER NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING  
WC DOCKET NO:   07-38
On July 2, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 08-1586, in the above 
captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects that document as indicated below:
1. In the first sentence of the first paragraph on page 1, replace “June 22” with “June 12.”
2. Delete the first paragraph on page 3 and replace it with the following paragraph:
In addition to filing comments with the Secretary, a copy of any comments on the Paperwork 
Reduction Act information collection requirements contained in the Form 477 Order and 
FNPRM should be submitted to the Federal Communications Commission via email to 
PRA@fcc.gov and to Nicholas A. Fraser, Office of Management and Budget, via email to 
Nicholas_A._Fraser@omb.eop.gov or via fax at 202-395-5167.
